Update on the NTA UGC NET 2021 Exam Syllabus: The NTA UGC NET 2021 Exam will be held in online mode on the 20th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 29th, 30th November and 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th December 2021 in 81 subjects at various Exam Centers across India to determine eligibility for the post of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) or Assistant Professor only in various Indian Universities National Testing Agency will shortly distribute UGC NET 2021 Admit Cards as well as the Subject-wise Exam Schedule for the Combined NET Exams in June 2021 and December 2020 on its official website.

No Negative Marking in the NTA UGC NET 2021 Exam

Candidates should attempt as many questions as possible in the exam because there will be no negative marking for incorrect responses. All questions in Papers 1 and 2 will be mandatory, and there will be no negative marking for incorrect responses, according to the official announcement. Exam Pattern for NTA UGC NET 2021

The NTA UGC NET 2021 Exam will be divided into two parts, Paper 1 and Paper 2, and will be administered in a single three-hour session. Note:

  • Paper II will be based on the candidate's chosen subject.
  • Both papers will comprise only of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with all questions being mandatory.
