SBI PO Prelims 2021 Exam Pattern

SBI PO 2021 Exam consisting of objective multiple-choice questions will be conducted in online mode. The exam will have three sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:
(Objective Multiple Choice Questions of 1 mark each)
English Language (30 Questions): 20 minutes Duration
Reasoning Ability (35 Questions): 20 minutes Duration
Numerical Ability (35 Questions): 20 minutes Duration
Total (100 Questions of 100 marks): 60 minutes

Note:
The paper will be conducted in an online format in various cities.
Each question will be worth one point.
For incorrect answers, one-fourth (1/4) of a point will be deducted.
Except for the English Language, the questions will be multilingual.
Each section has a time limit of 20 minutes.
There will be no cut-off for sections.

The SBI PO Prelims Result determines whether or not a candidate is eligible to take the SBI PO Mains test. The marks earned in the SBI PO Prelims Exam will not be taken into account while determining the final merit ranking. Candidates who have been shortlisted after the preliminary examination must take the Main Examination. Candidates who are shortlisted following the Main Exam will be invited to participate in Group Exercises and an Interview.
